About Subscriptions
What are the benefits of Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is the most convenient way for you to receive the products you want delivered to you on a regular basis. We will automatically send your selected products to you based upon your chosen delivery date and frequency. The service is easy to use and fully customisable, so you can make changes or cancel at any time.
By signing up for Subscribe & Save, you will receive an exclusive 15% off the item PLUS complimentary shipping with your first order and with all recurring orders.
How do i sign up?
On the page of your chosen product simply select Subscribe & Save 15%, then under this select your preferred shipment frequency in the drop down box. Add the product to cart and then check out as normal.
What happens after I sign up?
After you've completed your purchase, you will receive a Subscription Activation confirmation email from us.
By clicking "Manage Subscription" in this email, you will be taken to your subscription account without the need of a login/password.

When am I charged for my subscription?
You will be charged on the date of your delivery.
We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your card is charged for the recurring order.
You will also receive an email notification to confirm when a recurring payment has been processed successfully.
DO DISCOUNT CODES OR LOYALTY POINTS APPLY WITH SUBSCRIBE & SAVE?
No, discount codes and loyalty points only apply to one-time purchases only.
what products are excluded from the subscribe and save option?
The following products are one-time purchase only and is not available for subscription:

View or make changes to my subscriptions
Sign in or create a customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Or, enjoy password-less login by clicking 'Manage Subscriptions' in the notification emails we send you regarding your subscriptions.
choose/Edit the delivery date
To edit the delivery date of your next order, sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the desired product you want to manage. Then select 'Next Order' to choose your next delivery on the calendar.
This will change the delivery date for this specific product you are editing, if there are more subscriptions you should receive at the same day, it will not affect those auto-replenishments.
change shipment frequency
To change the delivery frequency for a Subscription item, sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the desired product you want to manage. Select 'Order Frequency' to edit.
view my future deliveries
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Upcoming Orders' you can view all of your future deliveries listed by date.
combine items to be in the same delivery
If you have more than one Subscription item and want them to ship in the same order, simply sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', click into the individual products you want to ship as one order and ensure they all share the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method.
skip a delivery
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the order you want to manage, scroll down and click 'Skip This Order'. On the next page you will be shown your next delivery date after this skipped shipment, which follows the delivery frequency you set-up for this product.
E.g. If you skip an upcoming order due to be delivered on 1st May with a 2 month delivery frequency, your next order will be delivered on 1st July.
pause or cancel my subscription
To cancel, Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the desired product you want to manage. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'Pause or Cancel Subscription'.
If you choose to cancel, no future orders will be charged or delivered. You can view all Inactive Subscriptions under 'Subscriptions' in your account.
An email notification will only be sent to you to confirm cancellation of your last or only subscription.
Reactivate a subscription
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', scroll down to 'Inactive Subscriptions'. Select the subscription you want to reactivate.
UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PAYMENT METHOD
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Shipping Addresses' or 'Payment Methods' you can make your desired changes.
This will change the shipping address for all inactive and active subscriptions associated with this address.
make changes to the email address associated with my subscriptions
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the desired order you want to manage, then click 'Email Address' to edit.
Updating this email address will update your default email for all subscriptions.
make changes to a phone number associated with a shipping address
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Shipping Addresses', select the address you want to manage and click 'Edit Shipping Address' to edit the phone number used for notifications of all inactive and active subscriptions associated with that shipping address.
make changes to a phone number associated with a specific subscription order
Sign in to your customer account on the Aromatherapy Associates website here, and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Under 'Subscriptions', select the desired order you want to manage, then click 'Account Phone' to edit.
This will change the phone number used for notifications for this specific product.
