It was one of the first products created by our co-founder, Geraldine Howard, following her own struggles with getting to sleep.
Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of Lavender oil, this blend was born out of Geraldine’s studies in aromatherapy, selecting the key essential oils known to facilitate sleep.

Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands.

2Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back.

3Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.

4Cup your hands and bring them to your face, take a deep breath in & out, then step into your bath or shower.

5Then apply your usual body cleanser in your bath or shower.
