Feel Your Strongest Self This Season
Our 4 step self-care ritual to help build you back up to your strongest, healthiest self
Visited by a client with a cold, our founder Geraldine was inspired to create a blend that protected and supported our immune system all year round. Formulated with a rejuvenating palette of essential oils, our Support Breathe is unparalleled in soothing the senses and promoting mental clarity for brighter, focused days.
Infused with essential oils of Tea Tree, known for centuries to be anti-bacterial and anti-viral, Eucalyptus, known to ease breathing, and Pine, renowned for its antiseptic properties, each essential oil comes together to release a soothing aroma that provides hours of comfort and lifts jaded energy.
1. Start with a soak
Our Support Breathe Bath & Shower Oil is hand-blended with high concentrations of refreshing and clarifying Pine, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus essential oils, perfect for easing any stuffiness you may be feeling. If ever you’re feeling rundown or under the weather, optimise your bathing experience by massaging a capful of oil all over your body prior to stepping into a warm bath or shower. Inhale slowly and deeply, feeling your senses start to clear.
"Support Breathe Bath & Shower Oil is a product I always keep in my bathroom cabinet to reach for when I feel like I am coming down with something, working to boost my immune system and speed up recovery. Just one capful onto my torso and chest and breathe in the essential oils prior to a bath or shower. I prefer to use this blend in a hot shower to create a steam room experience, really clearing any congestion"
Amy Bonfield, Head of Spa
2. Create a clearing experience
Maintain clear breathing and create an uplifting ambience with our Breathe Pure Essential Oil Blend. Use with The Atomiser to transform your room, enveloping each corner with the clearing scents of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Tea Tree oils, offering hours of relief and comfort.
3. Carry Out a Congestion-Relieving Massage
Perfect to relieve tension and congestion throughout the winter months, incorporate our Facial Pressure Point Massage into your skincare routine when applying your serum, face oil or moisturiser in the morning or during your evening ritual. Follow along with our Head of Spa, Amy Bonfield, as she demonstrates each step, repeating each movement 3 times.
